1. Payment
The Client agrees to pay the full commission fee prior to the commencement of any work. Accepted forms of payment are PayPal (USD) or another method agreed upon by the Artist. The Artist is under no obligation to begin work until payment is received in full.2. Commission Limit
The Client may request no more than two commissioned pieces at any given time. Requests exceeding this limit may be declined.3. Turnaround & Updates
The Client acknowledges that the Artist may experience health-related limitations which could impact turnaround times. The Artist will provide periodic updates regarding the progress of the commissioned work. If the Client engages in undue pressure, harassment, or requests expedited completion beyond reasonable expectations, the Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission and issue a full refund.4. Revisions
The Client is entitled to a maximum of two revisions during the lining or coloring stages. Additional revisions may incur a fee of approximately $2–3 USD per revision.5. References
The Client must provide clear, high-quality references for the commissioned character(s). Commissions submitted without adequate references may be refused at the discretion of the Artist.

6. Refunds
Once a sketch has been approved by the Client, refunds are generally not available, except in exceptional circumstances determined solely by the Artist.7. Right to Decline
The Artist reserves the unilateral right to decline or refuse any commission request for any reason, without obligation to provide explanation.8. Watermarks & Source Files
All completed work will contain the Artist’s watermark, and source files (e.g., .PSD, .CLIP) will not be provided. Clients requiring modifications must submit a request for edits directly to the Artist.9. Content Restrictions
The Artist exclusively produces SFW content. All requests for NSFW content will be denied.10. Commercial Use
Any commercialization, reproduction, or distribution of commissioned artwork or designs requires a separate agreement with the Artist. A new contract must be drafted and agreed upon prior to any commercial use.11. Agreement
By commissioning the Artist, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Should the Client proceed with a commission without reading these Terms of Service, the Artist reserves the right to assume the Client has read and accepted them, and the Client will remain fully accountable for compliance. Failure to read the Terms of Service does not constitute the responsibility of the Artist.
